Corvias Property Management at Eielson Air Force Base is a recipient of the 2020 National SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Base-wide Award for excellent resident service efforts and property management for military housing. SatisFacts, the leading third-party multifamily survey and data provider, measured resident satisfaction following every move-in and work order completion. Recipients submitted their responses from Jan. 1, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2020.
Since 2014, Corvias has used SatisFacts Insite surveys to provide actionable feedback to increase resident satisfaction and improve property management operations. Every time service is performed, at multiple stages through the process, residents are provided the opportunity to give feedback. The Corvias onsite team receives reports monthly on the SatisFacts results as well as the annual roll-up of scores.
"We have been listening to residents and working extremely hard to make improvements, to not only live up to their expectations but to exceed them," said Holly Costello, senior vice president of Corvias Property Management. "These results show our efforts are working, and the overwhelming majority of our service members and their families are happy. I know we will continue to improve because our employees know their work matters, and they are committed to our residents."
Corvias at Eielson Air Force Base received the annual award for consistently maintaining a resident satisfaction score of 4.00+ out of 5.00 for property management services. A few highlights from the survey results include:
- 10% increase in the overall satisfaction of the move-in process.
- 4.70 out of 5 on overall satisfaction with maintenance work.
- 4.86 out of 5 on the maintenance staff's courtesy and professionalism and a 4.76 out of 5 for the Community Center staff.
- 4.75 out of 5 on the ease of submitting a maintenance work order.
Throughout the year, Corvias received hundreds of testimonials on the surveys about the team's work. Comments included, "Your Corvias maintenance team is wonderful! Each maintenance man has been so kind and helpful in taking care of our needs. "Another resident commented, "Paige at Eielson AFB was very helpful with our transition into military housing. Even with the COVID-19 pandemic keeping the Corvias facility closed, she was always available over the phone and responded to emails in a timely manner. She even followed up with us after moving in to make sure everything was going well and offered help if we had any questions. 5 out of 5 stars."
